🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All confirmed orders are dispatched the same day (for orders placed before 3 PM). Orders after 3 PM are shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. For extra savings, choose Prepaid Orders & Get 5% Off.

  • Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout (may vary by location or order value).

🔄 Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • Approved returns will be refunded or replaced as per your preference.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Prepaid order refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

  • COD order refunds are processed via bank transfer / UPI.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective).
