At WhiteRoseShine, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering skincare products that are safe, effective, and high-quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy makes the process simple and transparent.

1. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer / UPI after confirmation.

In case of replacement, the new product will be dispatched once the return is received and inspected.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return if eligible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts (unless defective).
